I have been going to Ann's for 4 years. Last month I took a new suit in to have tailored. To make very long story short, The tailoring didn’t go well, and the jacket is now un wearable. All I have asked for is a refund for the cost of the alterations (not to replace the suit). They have denied giving me a refund. I don’t think I am out of line asking for a refund in the cost of the alterations. I am really upset by the way I have been treated; I have been a good customer. I would recommend that you take your money else ware, after 4 years, I will be looking for a new cleaners and tailor
