Stay Away!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Charlie (the owner), Dave (the anti-service manager) and their "customer service" attack dog at the Sterling location are rip off artists. BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought the J470 tub - the $12,000 - iPod, BOSE Stereo-ready tub from them and they are a horrendous representative of Jacuzzi. They are obviously in financial trouble as the two brothers that worked at the Sterling location are now gone (the only bright spot in a customer service nightmare). The tub arrived damaged, poorly packed for transport and was installed by day laborers. They damaged the tub steps by dragging them across the driveway scratching them beyond believe, and the tub had major mechanical issues when it was installed as well. It took weeks to get the issues resolved and the electrician that Premium Spas and Billiards recommended (Chuck) stole $6,000 in cash from me as part of the deck and hot tub installation and build out. (He cashed the check for materials and never returned). Chuck was personally recommended by Charlie the owner of Premium Spas and Billiards. After numerous requests to service my tub (after 18 months of ownership) the owner "banned" me from the store because I "embarrassed" them in front of other customers. ??? Wait, wait, I embarrassed them? They are willing to take your money, willing to damage your product in shipp, just don't ask them to service your tub or call you back... it is embarrassing... I would be embarrassed too. STAY AWAY from Premium Spas !!!
